RiderNet Agreement

 

1. General Provisions

1.1 The purpose of the RiderNets Agreement is to ensure that information about users, including their personal data, is properly protected from unauthorized access and disclosure.

1.2 Relationships related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users of the RiderNet application are governed by the Rules, other official documents of the Administration of the RiderNet application and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.3 By registering and using the RiderNet application, the User agrees to the terms of these Rules.

1.4 In case of disagreement of the User with the terms of the rules, the use of the RiderNet application and its services should be immediately terminated.

 

2. Terms of use of the application

2.1 When rendering services for using the RiderNet application and its services, the Administration of the RiderNet application, acting reasonably and in good faith, believes that the User:

- Has all the necessary rights that allow him to register and use the application;

- Indicates reliable information about yourself in the amounts necessary to use the application;

- Realizes that information in the application posted by the User about itself may become available to other Users of the application;

- Realizes that some types of information transmitted to them by other Users cannot be deleted by the User;

- Acquainted with these Rules, expresses its agreement with them and assumes the rights and obligations specified in them.

 

2.2 Administration of the RiderNet application does not verify the accuracy of the received (collected) information about users, unless such verification is necessary in order for the Administration of the RiderNet application to fulfill its obligations to the user.

 

3. Purposes of information processing

The administration of the RiderNet application processes information about the Users, including their personal data, in order to fulfill the obligations of the Administration of the RiderNet application to the Users regarding the use of the RiderNet application.

 

4. Composition of user information

4.1. User Personal Information

User Personal Information includes:

4.1.1. Provided by the Users and the minimum required for registration in the application: name, surname, gender, mobile phone number and / or email address;

4.1.2. Provided by Users using the section for editing their information in the application (including date of birth, hometown, gender);

4.1.3. Additionally provided by the Users at the request of the Administration of the RiderNet application for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the Administration to the Users by the Administration of the RiderNet application. The administration of the RiderNet application is entitled, in particular, to request from the User a copy of an identity document, or another document containing the first name, surname, photo of the User, as well as other additional information which, at the discretion of the Administration of the RiderNet application, will be necessary and sufficient for identification such User and will allow to exclude abuses and violations of the rights of third parties.

 

5. Processing user information

5.1. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the principles:

a) the legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data;

b) good faith;

c) the compliance of the purposes of the processing of personal data with the goals predetermined and declared during the collection of personal data, as well as the powers of the Administration of the RiderNet application;

d) the correspondence of the volume and nature of the personal data processed, the methods of personal data processing to the purposes of personal data processing;

e) the inadmissibility of combining the databases created for incompatible purposes of databases containing personal data.

 

6. Rights and obligations of users

6.1. Users may:

6.1.1. To carry out free free access to information about oneself by loading their personal pages into the application using a login and password;

6.1.2. Using the RiderNet application toolkit, establish the desired level of confidentiality for information about yourself (terms of access to information);

6.1.3. Independently make changes and corrections to the information about yourself on the user's personal page in the application, provided that such changes and corrections contain relevant and reliable information;

6.1.4. Delete information about yourself from your personal page in the application;

6.1.5. Require the Administration of the RiderNet application to clarify their personal data, to block or destroy it if such data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;

6.1.6. On the basis of the request, receive information from the Administration of the RiderNet application regarding the processing of his personal data.

 

7. Measures to protect information about users

7.1. The administration of the RiderNet application takes technical and organizational-legal measures to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other illegal actions.

7.2. To authorize access to the application, a login (email address or mobile phone number) and User password are used. Responsibility for the safety of this information is the User. The user does not have the right to transfer his own login and password to third parties, and is also obliged to take measures to ensure their confidentiality.

7.3. In order to ensure a more reliable protection of information about Users, the Administration of the RiderNet application uses a system of linking the questionnaire to a mobile phone. To implement this system, the User must provide the Administration of the RiderNet application with his mobile phone number.

Within the system of linking the page to a mobile phone, the User, in case of loss of the login or password, can restore access to the page using the recovery code contained in the SMS message that the User receives to his mobile phone or email address.

 

8. Limiting the validity of the Rules

The action of these Rules does not apply to actions and Internet resources of third parties.

 

The administration of the RiderNet application is not responsible for the actions of third parties who obtained access to the User’s information as a result of using the Internet or the Site’s Services in accordance with the level of confidentiality chosen by the User, for the consequences of using information that is available due to the nature of the RiderNet application to any user of the RiderNet application . Administration of the application RiderNet recommends that Users responsibly approach the question of the amount of information about themselves placed in the application
